As we deal with companies for the services and products we need in life, we enter into agreements. When we purchase items that we need and don’t honor the terms that are set forth, we are penalized.

When something goes wrong with the service or product we purchase, we contact the company and go through endless prompts and time to get to an actual person.  And even after explaining our dissatisfaction, what power do we have when they don’t keep their part of the bargain?

When will there be criminal charges against companies for taking time from us we will never get back?
