When will owners own up to it? And, what is "IT"? 
 
"IT" is their greed thanks in part to their ego and entitlement.
 
What most business owners don't understand is that their employees make up the working environment not them.
 
Well, I guess they are the perfect example of Insanity.
 
Why is it that most owners take good people and turn them sour? Working for and with such individuals has caused such incidences I have witnessed. Again, insane.
 
They need to get dirty on the front line to really understand the workings of their business.
